Time Well Spent - Pat Collins Accordion Trio

What started as an engineering gig for my dad’s new album turned into a quarantine bonding project for us throughout the spring/summer months of 2020. Upon recording and receiving the finishing mix from Tom Szczesniak after recording in January, lockdown had already been well under way. Hoping to still push forward with the release and get attention going, dad and I began approaching how to get more ears on the eventual release in May.

When all was said and done: I did some photography for the liner art alongside social posts dad would put up, edit together a promo video that I shot alongside Adam Chorazyczewski, and edit together 3 remote performances that would eventually play in a livestream that I directed on my dad’s Facebook. And at the base of it all as I mentioned, I engineered and recorded the album.
