Yesterday

During the end of my second year of University at Ryerson, I was begging to realize how serious my thoughts were at pursuing a career in sound. I was in a degree for a sports broadcasting program, but found myself drifting more and more towards more audio-related classes and projects outside class, and Yesterday was one of the first projects that helped me realize that. It also was one of my first projects alongside a frequent collaborator and close friend in Carl Solis, so this project will always hold a special place in my heart. Also due in part to how much I wish I had known at the time to make this project even better.

For this project I recorded the dialogue in studio, recorded and mixed the music by Adina Vlasov, produced the sound design/foley throughout the piece (I was never on set for shooting), and mixed the final product.
